The membership journey

A transparent 7-step process designed to preserve rigor and consistency with the values of the Club. Estimated total time: ~40 days.

Application submission

The company submits its complete file and pays the application fee (50,000 XOF, non-refundable).

Review by the operational team

Verification of eligibility criteria, regulatory compliance and the administrative documents provided.

Executive Board approval in principle

The Executive Board reviews the application at its monthly meeting and grants approval in principle.

I&P approval in principle

The Investors & Partners executive committee has 2 weeks to approve or veto the application.

Payment of membership fees

The company pays the membership fees (150,000 XOF) and the annual subscription based on its revenue.

Official onboarding

Access to club activities, joining the WhatsApp group, mailing list and online directory.

Annual

Final validation at the AGM

Vote at the Ordinary General Meeting. If rejected, membership fees and dues are refunded.

Requirements

Eligibility criteria

Your company must meet all of the following criteria to apply.

SME in Africa

Small or medium-sized enterprise operating on the continent, with at least one shareholder permanently established there.

Revenue

At least 50,000,000 XOF as of December 31 of the year preceding the application.

workspace_premium

High added value

Goods or services with high added value for the community. Pure trading activities are excluded.

eco

ESG impact

Preservation of ecosystems and creation of formal, stable and sustainable jobs.

verified_user

Good reputation

Company and executives recognized in their business environment.
